Not yet. How do you feel about traveling in an underwater vehicle, such as a submarine? There are advantages and disadvantages to both options, so I was going to ask Red for quotes for both. I know he doesn't straight up give vehicles, but who knows about a loan...

I have a feeling a loan, especially if something happens to the vehicle, could end up being more expensive than a purchase. Although his price for the water breathing was pricey enough.
