True, but I don't believe you're the villain sort. The idea would never get past your shepherd.

In the end, it just depends how it's used, right? Any power can be used for wicked or good depending on the user.

I'm fairly sure being able to make up laws whenever you want will always seem wicked no matter how it's used.

That is because you are not being creative enough with it. For instance... let us say someone intended to murder another but had not yet done so.

If I had the ability to say "No murder allowed" and that became a law that was enforced, no one would be able to kill another.

[He thinks for a moment.]

Or let us say that someone was falling from a great height, and I was to say no one could travel faster than a certain speed? Well then, they might just fall so slowly that the impact would not be harmful at all.

I'm sure there are plenty of good ways it could be used, but having that amount of power in the hands of any individual or group of individuals is going to cause corruption sooner or later.
